Rafael Tena, Partner at TENA Abogados, has been shortlisted for the prestigious “Latin America Tax Attorney of the Year” award at the 2024 ITR Americas Tax Awards.

This recognition by the International Tax Review (ITR) highlights his outstanding contributions and the innovative tax solutions provided by his team in Mexico over the past year.

The ITR Americas Tax Awards, now in their 20th year, are a hallmark of excellence in the tax profession across the Americas. Since their inception in 2005, these awards have celebrated the remarkable achievements and developments of tax professionals throughout the region.

This year’s awards focus on the most impressive accomplishments in tax, transfer pricing (TP), tax disputes, and indirect tax, with nominees selected from 15 jurisdictions across the Americas.
